In this role, you will manage all partnership and sponsorship accounts, ensuring that all data is collected, organized, and analyzed to prepare quarterly and bi-annual reports for our partners. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong ability to foster and maintain positive relationships with our partners. This role is based in our Culver City office on-site.

  • Partnership and Sponsorship Management:
  • Nurture and maintain existing partner relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align partnership objectives with the organization's goals.
  • Data Collection and Organization:
  • Develop and implement a systematic approach to collect, categorize, and maintain all partnership and sponsorship data.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of partner contacts, agreements, and deliverables.
  • Report Preparation:
  • Compile data and metrics relevant to partnerships and sponsorships.
  • Create comprehensive quarterly and bi-annual reports summarizing partnership performance and results.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners, promptly addressing their inquiries and requests.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to promote partners' activities and initiatives.
  • Contract Management:
  • Oversee partnership agreements and contracts, ensuring compliance and timely execution of deliverables.


  • 3+ years of experience in an account management role, preferably in gaming and esports
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and execute multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • A self-starter
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google products

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Proficiency in operating computers, office equipment, and different software. Effective verbal and written skills. Occasional lifting, bending, and carrying items up to 15 pounds and movement around the office space. Reasonable accommodations may be made to disabled persons upon request.
