About the Role

FlyQuest is seeking an organized Apparel Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be maintaining our Shopify store and tracking inventory, coordinating product launches and managing logistics with vendors and our fulfillment partners. You will have the opportunity to collaborate across different departments to ensure the success of apparel and merchandise launches. This is a cross-functional role where you’ll help drive the success of our merch by keeping everything running on time behind the scenes.

Responsibilities: 

• Manage the Shopify ecommerce platform for both general apparel and The Greenhouse fan rewards program, including product uploads, tile creation, fulfillment tracking, and shipping communications.
• Monitor production timelines, shipping schedules, and vendor performance to ensure on-time delivery.
• Provide customer service and timely response to support emails.
• Create and schedule email blasts for apparel marketing campaigns.
• Analyze sales performance, sell-through rates, and identify bestsellers and inventory risks.
• Maintain and update internal inventory tracking systems; coordinate restocks and internal orders.
• Support live event activation preparations and assist with on-site sales support 
• Track incoming product shipments and communicate status updates to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proficiency or familiarity with Shopify online ecommerce platform and different inventory management tools
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a self-starter and creative problem-solving mindset
• Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities
• Background in esports is a plus but not required
• Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel

Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Proficiency in operating computers, office equipment, and different software. Effective verbal and written skills. Occasional lifting, bending, and carrying items up to 50 pounds and movement around the office space. Reasonable accommodations may be made to disabled persons upon request.
