Job Description 

As an Enterprise Account Manager (EAM) at FlyGuys, you will be at the forefront of fostering and growing strong relationships with our partners while ensuring their success with FlyGuys’ reality data capture solutions. 

In this role, you will oversee the support of high-frequency customers and unique technical use cases, working with the Sales Team  and the Operations Team to guarantee seamless implementation and ongoing satisfaction.

You will collaborate closely with the Sales Team and operations team, acting as the liaison between partners, operations, and technical teams to deliver customized solutions that meet and exceed partner expectations. This role will be hybrid in Lafayatte, LA.

Key Responsibilities

Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for FlyGuys’ key-partners, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and goals.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships to drive partner retention and satisfaction.
  • Proactively address partner inquiries, challenges, and opportunities to maximize value from FlyGuys’ services.
  • Work cross departmentally with operations to ensure timelines, success metrics, and overall SOW/Project outcomes are met for each partner.
  • Monitor progress and resolve any issues to ensure successful project completion and partner satisfaction.

Sales Team Support

  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to identify opportunities for growth and expansion with existing partners.
  • Provide insights and feedback from partners to inform sales strategies and improve FlyGuys’ offerings.
  • Assist with presentations and proposals during the sales process.



Program Development & Continuous Improvement

  • Develop scalable processes for customer onboarding, support, and success tracking.
  • Conduct Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly Business Reviews, and/or Annual Business reviews as they relate to the client
  • Identify and implement best practices for managing high-frequency customers and unique technical use cases.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technology advancements to provide partners with innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or a related client-facing role
  • Proven experience managing complex, high-frequency accounts or enterprise-level partnerships
  • Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and project management tools
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with sales and operations teams
  • Experience in sales support or business process development is a plus
  • Experience in technology, SaaS, or data-driven industries is a plus
