We are looking for an Ecommerce Coordinator to join the Fluency Team. Founded by a couple of DTC veterans with over 20+ years of experience in marketing & growth, Fluency Firm provides data-driven growth & lifecycle services to ecommerce brands to build and scale audiences, customers, companies, and revenue through performance media, email & lifecycle, loyalty programs, SMS, creative, web design, CRO, analytics, and technology.


This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves ecommerce and marketing and wants to work with a variety of brands and learn invaluable skills / experience. The ideal candidate will be extremely driven, excited about diving into a career in marketing and ecommerce, and must have a sense of humor, an amazing work ethic, and an entrepreneurial mindset. 

 

This role will work with the leadership team and will be pivotal in helping drive the growth of our clients and our own D2C products. This position is responsible for managing company and client updates as well as the execution of digital marketing campaigns and reporting. As business priorities shift, the Ecommerce Coordinator must be able to react quickly to support business needs to ensure the optimal client experience, as well as timely and perfected digital marketing initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:


  • Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills. You will be on calls with clients daily.
  • Great attention to detail
  • 1-2+ years of experience in marketing, social media, or ecommerce
  • Self-driven to get things done

  • A self-motivated, analytical, quick learner who is organized, detail-oriented, and can handle multitasking

  • Excellent project management skills
  • Great communication, organizational, and time management skills managing company and client updates

  • An organizational fanatic who’s passionate about getting things done
  • Working knowledge of software like Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel. 
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States


What You’ll Be Doing:


  • Join weekly client meetings. 
  • Writing detailed emails across Fluency Firm & clients.
  • Act as the point of contact between clients.
  • Manage client’s needs and ensure expectations are met.
  • Take detailed meeting notes and turn them into lists of actionable items.
  • Review task management systems regularly to hold team members accountable.
  • Organize notes, projects, and communications between Fluency and clients.
  • Keep team members accountable and ensure everything gets done.
  • Marketing support (social media, email marketing, analytics, etc.)
  • Organizing team systems and operations.


Bonus Points


  • Klaviyo & Shopify experience is a plus.
  • Previous consumer-focused ecommerce experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
