The Growth Marketing Strategist role leads our marketing strategy, execution, and relationship management for our brands. The Growth Marketing Strategist will work with internal teams across multiple disciplines to solve a wide breadth of growth marketing problems while leading the tactical plan for our partners and our internal brands.

 

In this role, you will develop expertise in building and leading teams and driving growth for businesses using an analytical approach to problem solving, structured A/B testing, paid media, design, and technology.

Responsibilities


  • Build and execute on strategies for internal brands (incubator) and partners across multiple growth marketing channels.
  • Build and nurture growth team across multiple disciplines and ensure that each individual is understands and embraces the vision and the goals.
  • Lead, mentor, inspire, and celebrate teammates on a daily basis as we work toward achieving objectives and learning from our misses.
  • Oversee performance marketing, including all paid marketing channels, for in-house brands, or help manage partner agencies to achieve goals.
  • Develop strong partner relationships and bring in new clients and brands through strategic plans, sharing expertise in media/growth strategy, and driving business outcomes.

 

Requirements


  • 5-7 years in performance marketing, media planning, CRM/retention marketing, ecommerce, lead generation, consulting, or other quant/data-driven fields.
  • Track record of using an analytical approach to problem solving with practical skills in Excel, data visualization and modeling.
  • Project management experience is crucial to being successful in this role; the use of project management skills including a project plan with key milestones, dependancies, and the use of PM tools to drive success.
  • Proven experience with Mentoring and leadership; ability to teach, train, and mentor teammates.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills with experience building and presenting ideas and strategies to key senior stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset.
