We are seeking a passionate and reliable Outreach Medical Assistant to lead and support our community-based testing and triage services. Description
- Set up and break down mobile testing sites (HIV, Hepatitis C, STIs, glucose, BP, etc.)
- Conduct rapid testing and screenings in accordance with clinical guidelines
- Triage patients on-site, obtain vitals and health histories, and determine next steps
- Educate community members about health services, prevention, and linkage to care
- Maintain documentation, test logs, and reports in EMR and tracking systems
- Collaborate with outreach, clinical, and case management teams
- Participate in health fairs, pop-up clinics, and reentry events as needed
Salary
$20 - $26 per hour
