The Platform Operations & QA Analyst Internship is designed for students interested in gaining hands-on experience working alongside product managers, engineers, and operations teams inside a fast-growing mobility technology company.

Responsibilities

As a Platform Operations & QA Analyst Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting the daily operations of the Flex360 platform.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Assist in monitoring the Flex360 platform to identify issues, errors, or unexpected behavior.

• Support quality assurance testing for new platform features and updates.

• Help document and report bugs or technical issues using internal ticketing systems.

• Participate in manual testing workflows to ensure features work as expected across the platform.

• Assist in maintaining documentation related to platform processes, workflows, and operational procedures.

• Support the tracking of feature requests and improvement ideas from internal teams.

• Work with product and engineering teams to ensure issues are clearly documented and prioritized.

• Participate in team meetings and product discussions to understand how technology decisions are made.

• Help ensure operational visibility by tracking platform issues and assisting with follow-up coordination.

Program Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled full-time in a 2-year or 4-year college/university program.

• Preferred majors include:

• Must have completed at least 12 credit hours prior to the start of the internship.

• Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred.
