The Marketing Manager will work closely with leadership, sales, operations, business
development, and external partners to support FlexRide's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Execution & Campaign Management
● Translate business goals into weekly and monthly marketing initiatives
● Plan, coordinate, and execute integrated marketing campaigns
● Manage marketing calendars, timelines, and deliverables
● Ensure marketing projects are completed on schedule and aligned with company
objectives
● Support company growth initiatives through consistent execution and follow-through
Demand Generation & Growth Marketing
Customer Acquisition (B2C)
● Execute campaigns designed to generate customer leads and vehicle subscription
demand
● Improve conversion performance through messaging, content, and user experience
improvements
● Collaborate with sales and operations teams to improve lead quality and conversion
outcomes
Partner & Supply-Side Marketing (B2B)
● Develop marketing materials for fleet partners, dealers, vehicle owners, and strategic
partners
● Create presentations, sales collateral, and partner-facing content
● Strengthen FlexRide's market positioning and credibility within the mobility ecosystem
Content & Brand Management
● Oversee content development across all digital channels
● Create and manage:
○ Social media content
○ Email campaigns
○ Website content
○ Landing pages
○ Sales presentations
○ Marketing collateral
● Maintain brand consistency across all customer and partner touchpoints
● Develop messaging frameworks and storytelling strategies that strengthen the FlexRide
brand
Creative Content Production
● Design marketing assets using modern creative tools
● Produce high-quality visual content for:
○ TikTok
○ YouTube
○ Email campaigns
● Edit short-form and long-form video content
● Create basic motion graphics, captions, animations, and multimedia assets when
needed
● Coordinate external creative resources and vendors when appropriate
Performance Tracking & Optimization
● Track marketing performance metrics including:
○ Lead generation
○ Conversion rates
○ Engagement metrics
○ Campaign effectiveness
● Provide regular reporting and insights
● Continuously improve marketing processes and campaign performance
Marketing Operations
● Maintain organized workflows, content calendars, and project tracking systems
● Build scalable marketing processes and documentation
● Manage marketing assets and content libraries
● Help establish systems that support long-term growth and operational efficiency
Qualifications
Required
● 4+ years of marketing experience
● Proven experience executing marketing campaigns from concept to launch
● Strong content creation and copywriting skills
● Experience creating marketing assets and collateral
● Proficiency with:
○ Canva
○ Figma
○ Adobe Creative Suite (preferred)
○ Webflow or similar CMS platforms
○ Email marketing platforms
● Strong project management and organizational skills
● Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
● Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Preferred
● Experience working with startups, technology companies, mobility, automotive,
marketplace, or service businesses
● Experience supporting both B2C and B2B marketing initiatives
● Video editing and multimedia production experience
● Familiarity with performance marketing concepts and analytics platforms
● Experience leveraging AI-assisted marketing and content creation tools
● Photography or videography experience

Work Arrangement
