About the Role:

As a Welder, you'll work with a team of professionals in a clean, organized, and safety-first shop environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing MIG and/or TIG welding on a variety of metal components
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
• Measuring, cutting, and joining metal parts according to specs
• Inspecting finished welds for accuracy, strength, and appearance
• Working with shop leads and engineers to ensure quality standards
• Maintaining tools, equipment, and a safe, efficient work area

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous welding experience required (MIG, TIG, or Stick)
• Ability to read technical drawings and measuring tools
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Team player mindset and solid work ethic
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Paid overtime: Time and a Half for Every Hour Over 8 Each Day
• That means daily overtime, not just after 40 hours!
• Consistent 10-hour days = 18 overtime hours per week
