What You’ll Do:

• Perform mechanical repairs, upgrades, and preventative maintenance on production machinery.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues, diagnose problems and replace or repair parts to keep production running smoothly.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to execute detailed repairs.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain the highest quality and safety standards.
• Adhere to IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: At least 3 years in electrical or mechanical maintenance, ideally in an automotive Tier 1 environment.
• Skills: Crane certification, forklift license, and strong mechanical aptitude.
• Attitude: A problem solver with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
