We are seeking five (5) passionate and qualified applicants for the role of Outreach High School Athletic Trainer - Full Time to join our dynamic team.

This position provides Athletic Training Services to high school sports on a Full-Time Basis for Elk Grove Unified School District (EGUSD). 

This is a full-time, salaried position based on a 10-month work schedule, with compensation distributed over 12 months.

Monday through Friday with guaranteed 30-40 hours a week.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver Athletic Training Services to athletes across multiple sports programs.
• Collaborate with coaches, athletes, and parents to ensure optimal safety, performance, and care.
• Support practices, games, and events, during weekdays with predetermined scheduling.

What We’re Looking For

• Educational Background: Master’s degree from a CAATE-accredited athletic training program (or Bachelor's for programs completed before 2022).
• Certifications: Current BOC certification, along with American Heart Association or American Red Cross CPR, AED, and First Aid.
• Skills & Abilities:
• Expertise in injury prevention, evaluation, and rehabilitation techniques.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel for injury tracking and reporting.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse groups.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in sensitive situations.
• Experience with athletic training aids (e.g., taping, modalities, exercise programs).
• Mindset: A team player with a passion for athletic training, innovation, and delivering exceptional care.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $72,000.00 - $84,000.00 per year
