Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) — Outpatient Clinic

Flex Elite Physical Therapy is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing outpatient rehabilitation team in Los Angeles.

We believe quality physical therapy starts with having the time to focus on the patient. Our clinic provides true one-on-one patient care — one clinician, one patient at a time — allowing our PTs and PTAs to deliver individualized treatment without juggling multiple patients simultaneously.

We specialize in musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions, workplace injuries, accident-related rehabilitation, post-operative care, and functional recovery.

What You’ll Do

• Provide one-on-one patient care in an outpatient setting.
• Deliver individualized treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercise, strength training, functional training, and rehabilitation.
• Treat a diverse caseload including orthopedic/MSK conditions, work-related injuries, accident injuries, and post-operative rehabilitation.
• Educate patients on ergonomics, safe movement, home exercise programs, and injury prevention.
• Track patient progress and complete timely, accurate documentation.
• Support patients in achieving functional, return-to-work, and quality-of-life goals.
• Collaborate closely with Physical Therapists and other members of our team.

What We’re Looking For

• Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active California PTA license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Outpatient and/or orthopedic experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• A commitment to compassionate, individualized patient care.
