Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) — Outpatient Clinic

Flex Elite Physical Therapy is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient rehabilitation team. We specialize in musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions, workplace injuries, accident-related rehabilitation, and functional recovery.

Our clinic is committed to providing one-on-one patient care, allowing our therapists and PTAs to focus on individualized treatment, meaningful patient interaction, and high-quality outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver individualized treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Provide one-on-one patient care in an outpatient setting.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercise, functional training, and rehabilitation for MSK, work-related, and accident injuries.
• Educate patients on ergonomics, safe movement, home exercise programs, and injury prevention.
• Track patient progress, document treatments and outcomes, and support return-to-work and functional goals.
• Collaborate closely with Physical Therapists and other team members.
• Help maintain a positive, professional, and patient-centered environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active state PTA license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Outpatient and/or orthopedic experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• A commitment to compassionate, individualized patient care.
