Fleming Support Services, LLC assists and provides quality care for persons with disabilities in the Jacksonville community and surrounding areas including Supported Employment Services, Supported Living services, Transportation, Respite, and Personal Supports services.

This position provides essential support and training in daily living activities, including eating, bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, meal preparation, and general supervision. Staff will also assist with light housekeeping, nonmedical care, socialization, and facilitating access to community-based activities that promote each client’s overall well-being.

In addition to these responsibilities, the role includes providing support in managing behaviors that may arise during service delivery. Staff are expected to follow individualized support plans, apply appropriate redirection techniques, reinforce positive behavior, document behavioral incidents accurately, and maintain a calm, professional environment that prioritizes client safety and dignity.
