Interface between the clients/brands


The mission of this role is to act as an interface between the clients/brands that we service and the modules/services that we provide. Managing the relationship with the client is important to understand their needs, desires, complaints, and brand strategy. As the Brand Manager you will also be strategizing how the different modules offered by FiveRock may help the brands in your portfolio.

  • Build and maintain client relationships.
  • Field client messages, emails, video calls, phone calls, chat messages, and other forms of communication as needed to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Keep track of client complaints and/or suggestions (Features Requests, Bugs, etc) and log them in our development backlog in order to improve our services in the future.
  • Strategize with clients and FiveRock operators on ways to increase brand revenue.
  • Synthesize information reported from the operators at the module levels back to the clients.
  • Actively seek to improve our services, client satisfaction, and systems.
  • Actively address concerns, doubts, and hesitation with clients to help them have the best experience and results from our services.


$20 - $40 per hour
