Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of facilities, equipment, and systems. This role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving issues while maintaining high standards of safety and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Complete daily work orders for plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC-related issues
• Prepare apartments for new residents (unit turns) including patching, painting, and repairs
• Troubleshoot and fix appliances, locks, outlets, and leaks
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls during rotating on-call shifts
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of company tools, supplies, and vehicle
• Follow company safety protocols and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Participate in rotating emergency on-call schedule

You’re a Great Fit If You Have:

• 1+ years of apartment, facilities, or residential maintenance experience
• Strong knowledge of general repairs (plumbing, electrical, drywall, HVAC basics)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders
• Great communication and problem-solving skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
