Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and assistance to individuals with complex needs, illnesses, and seniors.
- Assist with activities of daily living, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Foster a safe and supportive environment for clients.
- Monitor and report changes in clients' physical or emotional well-being.
- Maintain proper documentation of care provided, including daily logs, incident reports, and other relevant records.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to develop and update care plans.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance caregiving skills.
- Maintain open communication with clients, their families, and the care team.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in caregiving or related fields is preferred.
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions.
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must pass a background check.
