- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, with a strong emphasis on pediatrics.
- Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions to healthcare providers and family members.
- Provide compassionate and age-appropriate care to pediatric clients, ensuring a supportive and engaging environment.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of nursing assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Current and valid LPN license in the state of Georgia.
- Previous experience in pediatric nursing is highly desirable.
