About the role

We’re looking for a Social Media Specialist to run organic and paid LinkedIn programs for B2B tech companies and the high-profile executives who lead them. This role suits a junior marketer with solid hands-on experience, who knows what great B2B content looks like on LinkedIn and can turn an executive’s expertise into a consistent, credible voice that builds reach, reputation and pipeline.

You will bring superb writing skills, a sharp eye for editing, confident use of AI tools, and an analytical approach to social programs across company pages, executive profiles, LinkedIn Ads and B2B influencer partnerships. Most of our campaigns are integrated across PR, SEO/GEO, social and paid media, so you’ll get plenty of exposure to other disciplines.

This role reports to our SVP of Digital Marketing and typically works across three to five clients.

Responsibilities

  • Company page social -- develop and execute organic LinkedIn strategies for multiple B2B tech client company pages, including strategy, editorial calendar planning, content creation, publishing, community management and optimization.
  • Executive social -- own social media strategy and execution for high-profile B2B tech executives (CEOs, founders, CMOs and other C-suite leaders), including profile optimization, ghostwritten posts, engagement and commenting strategy, and developing each executive’s distinctive voice and point of view.
  • Copywriting & editing -- craft sharp, scroll-stopping copy for posts, carousels, ads, video scripts and newsletters, and edit client and executive drafts to tighten messaging and match each voice. Enhanced by, but not relying on, AI.
  • AI-assisted content -- use AI tools, agents and skills (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, custom GPTs and agents) to research, ideate, draft, edit and repurpose content at scale, while protecting quality, accuracy and brand voice.
  • Paid social (LinkedIn) -- plan, build and optimize LinkedIn Ads campaigns end to end, including audience targeting (matched audiences, ABM lists, retargeting), ad formats (Thought Leader Ads, document ads, video, lead gen forms), budget pacing, A/B testing and ongoing optimization.
  • B2B influencer programs -- identify and vet relevant B2B creators and influencers, manage outreach, co-write and approve content, coordinate partnerships and report on results.
  • Tools & publishing -- manage scheduling, publishing, social listening and analytics through platforms such as HubSpot, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Taplio or similar.
  • Client management & presenting -- work directly with clients and executives, presenting strategies, content plans and performance results clearly and confidently.
  • Reporting -- build regular performance reports across company page, executive and paid social, translating metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, CTR, CPL, pipeline influence) into clear insights and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2-4 years' relevant social media experience (emphasis on B2B tech and LinkedIn). Agency experience preferred
  • Executive Social: Demonstrable experience managing LinkedIn for senior executives as well as company pages, with portfolio examples
  • LinkedIn Ads: Hands-on experience in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, from strategy and campaign build through optimization and reporting
  • Tech Experience: Familiarity with the B2B tech sector, ideally including working with AI companies
  • Education: Solid academic track record at least to Bachelor's degree level
  • AI Fluency: Confident, practical user of AI for content creation and editing, with curiosity about agents, skills and new workflows.
  • Adaptability & Agility: Comfortable operating in fast-paced startup environments while balancing multiple clients, executives and content calendars.
  • Strong Communication: Clear, persuasive communicator who can present strategy and performance insights confidently to clients and senior executives.
  • Bonus – Reddit: Experience with organic Reddit strategy for B2B brands, including subreddit research and authentic community engagement.

Benefits

  • 20 days' vacation
  • Health, dental and vision care
  • Company 401(k) with 3% non-elective contribution
