We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive new business growth by selling FinQore’s platform into the Office of the CFO at private equity-backed companies. This role requires a consultative, solution-selling approach, deep business acumen, and a strong understanding of financial challenges CFOs face throughout the PE ownership lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Own and manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery to demo, negotiation, and close.
  • Develop and cultivate relationships with CFOs and CEOs of private equity-backed companies, positioning FinQore as a strategic partner in financial transformation.
  • Leverage solution selling methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN) to diagnose client challenges and align FinQore’s platform as the clear ROI-driven solution.
  • Consistently meet and exceed quota in a high-performance, competitive environment.

Consultative & AI-Native Selling

  • Lead high-impact, data-driven sales conversations, guiding CFOs through the value of AI-driven automation, financial visibility, and operational efficiency.
  • Adapt and execute efficiently with limited resources, embracing a fast-moving, entrepreneurial culture where creativity and persistence drive results.
  • Utilize AI-powered sales tools, Gong, and HubSpot to track performance, gain insights, and optimize sales strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to refine FinQore’s messaging and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Provide structured feedback to the Product team, ensuring FinQore continuously aligns with the needs of finance leaders.
  • Collaborate on account-based marketing (ABM) and outbound prospecting efforts to generate high-quality pipeline opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

Proven Track Record of Success – History of top-tier performance, consistently exceeding quota.

Experience Selling into the Office of the CFO – Deep understanding of finance leaders’ priorities and challenges, particularly in private equity-backed organizations. Strong preference for candidates with experience selling into companies using NetSuite as their general ledger (GL).

Expertise in Solution Selling – Structured, consultative approach, with the ability to tailor sales strategies to specific customer needs.
