We are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to be the tip of the spear for revenue growth—owning pipeline generation and outbound prospecting to fuel FinQore’s sales engine. Reporting to a Senior Account Executive, this role will be responsible for identifying, reaching, and engaging high-value targets in the Office of the CFO at private equity-backed companies. This is a unique opportunity to shape FinQore’s sales strategy from the ground up, working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to build a data-driven, high-performing funnel. This role is ideal for a high-energy, ambitious sales professional who is eager to make an impact, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and embraces an AI-native approach to outbound prospecting.
✅ Proven Outbound Sales Experience – 1–3 years in a BDR/SDR role (or similar), preferably in a tech startup or high-growth SaaS environment.
✅ Track Record of Success – History of exceeding quota, with experience in high-volume cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.
✅ Technical Tool Proficiency – Familiarity with lead generation and enrichment tools (Apollo, Preqin, LinkedIn) and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce).
✅ Data-Driven Mindset – Strong understanding of key prospecting metrics (contact rates, conversion rates, engagement tracking) and how to optimize them.
✅ Process-Oriented – Experience building or refining SDR workflows, documenting procedures, and creating repeatable, scalable outbound strategies.
✅ Coachable & Growth-Oriented – Willing to learn, take feedback, and continuously improve.
✅ High-Energy & Self-Starter – Thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment and is eager to make an immediate impact.
