We’re on the hunt for a Social Media Specialist (or Manager, if you've got the chops) to help tell the stories behind our brands in a way that’s engaging, entertaining, and unmistakably FHG.
You’ll lead our day-to-day social efforts—creating crave-worthy content, capturing those behind-the-scenes gems, and keeping our brands showing up online like the stars they are.
If your brain works in Reels, you spot stories everywhere you go, and you’ve got a sharp eye for lighting and layout—we want to meet you.
You’ll need to live in Bloomington or the Indy metro area, and have reliable transportation to regularly visit our restaurants for content capture. Bonus adventure points: You’ll also take the occasional trip to Nashville, TN to visit our Social Cantina down south!
🎯 Craft and execute smart, scroll-stopping social strategies across multiple restaurant brands
📆 Own the content calendar—plan, schedule, and align posts with promotions, events, and new menus
📸 Capture, edit, and style high-quality photo and video content that truly pops (especially Reels!)
✨ Think “Pinterest meets polished brand vibe”—our food photography should feel worthy of a wedding album
✍️ Write captions that sound just like us—fun, flavorful, and always on-brand
🎙️ Connect with restaurant teams and guests to spotlight real moments and real people
💬 Respond to DMs, tags, and comments like a pro—because community = everything
📊 Track performance and share monthly reports on what’s working and why
🚀 Pitch in on other digital projects like loyalty, email, and website updates when needed
💵 Salary: $50,000–$60,000 (based on experience)
