What You'll Do

As a General Manager, you'll take ownership of the overall performance, operations, and culture of your restaurant. You'll lead your management team and hourly employees while creating a great experience for both our guests and our team members.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure a consistently strong guest experience
• Recruit, train, develop, and retain a high-performing restaurant team
• Coach and develop managers and team members while creating a positive, accountable workplace culture
• Oversee labor, scheduling, food costs, inventory, and other key operating expenses
• Monitor restaurant performance and take action to achieve sales, profitability, and operational goals
• Maintain high standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable health, safety, and employment requirements
• Partner with FHG leadership and support teams on restaurant initiatives and operational needs
• Build relationships within the local community and represent the restaurant and FHG professionally
• Identify opportunities to improve operations, team performance, and the overall guest experience

What We're Looking For

• Previous restaurant management experience required
• General Manager or comparable leadership experience strongly preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable
• Understanding of restaurant financials, labor management, inventory, and cost controls
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Guest-focused mindset and commitment to creating a strong team culture
• Flexible availability based on restaurant needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
