Specific qualifications for the role include:
- Successful prior track record as a Handyperson / Craftsman; estimation skills and prior home inspection experience, strongly preferred
- Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing
- Current and valid driver’s license
- Residence within 15 miles of the city of Douglasville, GA
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong documentation and invoicing skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Apartment maintenance/handyman experience (preferred)

Total Compensation Package: $40,000 to $60,000
- Salaried Position
- Base Pay: $700 - $900 Weekly
- Keep 100% of tips , tech avg ($50-$200)
- Sign on bonus $500! $250 paid at 90 days, & $250 paid a 180 days
- 1% quarterly profit share, paid out after your first full quarter
- Weekly bonus of $100 for completion of:
- 93% + weekly satisfaction score from customers
- Arriving to jobs on time
- Proper completion of job checklist
- Neat & clean trucks
- No safety write ups
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday
- 9am to 6pm schedule
- 3-4 Appointments daily
Training Schedule:
2-3 Week Training Period, $600 Per Week as 1099

$40,000 - $60,000 per year
