Position Overview
As a Roofing & Construction Sales Representative, you will:
- Generate and close sales contracts for residential and commercial roofing and construction services.
- Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, and business owners to drive sales and referrals.
- Evaluate properties for potential roofing and general contracting referrals to earn additional bonuses.
- Ensure top-tier customer service, addressing concerns and maintaining satisfaction.
- Work closely with the project management team to ensure smooth execution of all jobs.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service.
- Maintain a 4.5+ star rating on Google by ensuring client satisfaction.
- Address concerns, answer questions, and build trust for repeat business.
General Contracting Referrals
- Identify and refer sales-qualified leads to operations.
- Earn referral bonuses for every qualified lead provided.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the Sales Manager and team to meet sales targets.
- Attend weekly sales training to enhance industry knowledge and skills.
Reporting
- Log sales activity, customer interactions, and referrals in the CRM.
- Provide regular updates on progress and forecasts to the Sales Manager.
