Position Overview

As a Roofing & Construction Sales Representative, you will:

  • Generate and close sales contracts for residential and commercial roofing and construction services.
  • Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, and business owners to drive sales and referrals.
  • Evaluate properties for potential roofing and general contracting referrals to earn additional bonuses.
  • Ensure top-tier customer service, addressing concerns and maintaining satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the project management team to ensure smooth execution of all jobs.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service.
  • Maintain a 4.5+ star rating on Google by ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Address concerns, answer questions, and build trust for repeat business.

General Contracting Referrals

  • Identify and refer sales-qualified leads to operations.
  • Earn referral bonuses for every qualified lead provided.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Sales Manager and team to meet sales targets.
  • Attend weekly sales training to enhance industry knowledge and skills.

Reporting

  • Log sales activity, customer interactions, and referrals in the CRM.
  •  Provide regular updates on progress and forecasts to the Sales Manager.

Qualification

  • Customer-Focused: Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with customers.

  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools and ability to use technology to manage sales activities.
  • Reliable Transportation: Ability to travel locally to meet with customers and attend appointments.
  • Experience: 1 year in sales (roofing, construction, or home improvement experience preferred).
