Fig & Dove is seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to help lead the next phase of our company’s growth. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for overseeing business operations, financial administration, inventory planning, e-commerce operations, and people management while partnering closely with the Founder & Creative Director. As an established lifestyle brand with approximately $1.5 million in annual sales and ambitious plans to grow to $3-5 million, we’re looking for someone who enjoys building systems, improving processes, solving problems, and creating operational excellence. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable leading people, analyzing financial and operational data, managing inventory, and translating strategic goals into day-to-day execution. What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll help oversee the operational side of the business, including:

  • Leading day-to-day business operations and administrative functions
  • Managing financial administration, payroll, accounts payable, and operational reporting
  • Overseeing inventory planning, purchasing coordination, and e-commerce operations
  • Supporting product launches and vendor relationships
  • Leading and developing operational team members
  • Improving systems, processes, and operational efficiency
  • Partnering with leadership to support continued business growth

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in business operations, finance, accounting, inventory management, office management, retail operations, or a related field


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Experience supporting multiple business functions within a growing organization
  • Experience with payroll, accounts payable, financial reporting, or bookkeeping
  • Experience with Shopify or another e-commerce platform
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online or a comparable accounting system
  • Experience leading or supervising employees
  • Experience working within a small business or entrepreneurial environment

Work Environment

This is an on-site position based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Occasional evening, weekend, and travel commitments may be required to support wholesale markets, special events, inventory projects, and other business initiatives.

Salary

$80,000 - $100,000 per year
