Fig & Dove is seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to help lead the next phase of our company’s growth. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for overseeing business operations, financial administration, inventory planning, e-commerce operations, and people management while partnering closely with the Founder & Creative Director. As an established lifestyle brand with approximately $1.5 million in annual sales and ambitious plans to grow to $3-5 million, we’re looking for someone who enjoys building systems, improving processes, solving problems, and creating operational excellence. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable leading people, analyzing financial and operational data, managing inventory, and translating strategic goals into day-to-day execution.
