Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field
  • Florida Teaching Certificate (or eligibility)
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Excellent communication

Highly Preferred:

  • 2+ years of teaching experience
  • Private, classical, or faith-based school background
  • Structured literacy or strong math instruction
  • Demonstrated success driving student achievement
