Location: Wisconsin

Job Type: Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced Directional Driller to support our telecommunications construction projects, including fiber-optic and underground utility installations. The ideal candidate can operate and steer HDD equipment safely and accurately in various ground conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Operate HDD rigs for fiber and telecom utility installs
  • Read/interpret drill plans, locates, and bore profiles
  • Work with locators to maintain accurate bore path
  • Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
  • Follow all safety procedures and project requirements

Requirements

  • 1+ year HDD or directional drilling experience (telecom preferred)
  • Ability to operate Vermeer/Ditch Witch rigs
  • Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)
  • Ability to work outdoors and travel as needed
  • Willing to help cover outages as needed.
