- Project Leadership + Coordination
- Support all business aspects of assigned projects, including but not limited to, financials, customer relationships, design coordination, and trade partner management.
- Serve as a point of contact for stakeholders and help maintain alignment on expectations, priorities, and progress.
- Work collaboratively with design teams, ownership groups, vendors, and engineering partners to support seamless project delivery.
- Take initiative and operate with an entrepreneurial mindset by identifying issues early and driving solutions.
- Build strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, trade partners, and community members.
- Participate in meetings, prepare agendas, meeting minutes, and follow-up action lists.
- Safety, Quality, + Execution
- Actively participate in pre-task planning and help foster FH’s zero-injuries safety culture.
- Assist in oversight of daily field operations through communication with project team members and trade partners.
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and complies with construction documents.
- Cost Control + Project Management
- Support management of the cost control process, including billings, cashflow, change management, and monthly projections
- Prepare, track and distribute project documentation (RFIs, submittals, specs, addenda, ASIs, closeout, etc.)
- Help manage trade partners, including scope definition, documentation, and coordination.
- Maintain organized digital project files and ensure information is communicated clearly.

- Mentor and support project team members
- Support and challenge project team members to achieve exceptional results
- Help foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and fun.
- Represent FH professionally and help identify future opportunities for growth.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or similar
- Prior experience as a Senior Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager in the construction, architecture, or engineering industry
- Embodies FH’s values: people, growth, unconventional, and efficiency
- Understanding of the full project life cycle (estimating through closeout)
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Exceptional organization with an ability to demonstrate a strong attention to detail
- Proactive, resourceful, and eager to take ownership of your work and career
