Description:

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide in-home physical therapy visits across Queens. This is an independent contractor role with flexible scheduling and competitive per-visit pay.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver home-based physical therapy services under the direction of a licensed PT
• Assist patients with mobility, exercise, and pain relief
• Document visits and communicate with the supervising PT
• Travel to patient homes throughout Queens

Requirements:

• NY State PTA license
• CPR certification
• Reliable transportation
• Experience with home health is a plus
