Caregiver (Home Care Aide / In-Home Caregiver / HCA)

Job Summary

We are hiring Caregivers to provide non-medical, in-home support to clients. This role focuses on companionship, daily living assistance, and helping clients remain safe and comfortable in their homes.

Pay & Benefits

• $21.00 per hour

• Flexible schedules (part-time and full-time available)

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

• Meal preparation and light housekeeping

• Errands or transportation as assigned

• Follow individualized care plans

• Observe and report changes in client condition

Requirements

Required:

• 18 years or older

• Ability to pass Live Scan fingerprint background check

• Reliable communication and professionalism

Preferred:

• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle

• California HCA registration

• CPR certification

Physical Requirements

• Standing, walking, bending, sitting for extended periods

• Lift and transfer up to 50 lbs

• Push/pull mobility aids

• Assist with client mobility

• Navigate stairs/uneven surfaces
