As an Account Manager, you'll report directly to our VP of Sales to establish, support and grow relationships with our largest Partners and their customers. In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships with assigned key accounts
  • Cultivating large opportunities with new prospects through strategic proposals and bids
  • Addressing client needs and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Liaising with cross-functional teams including Sales Administration, Marketing and Customer Success to establish accurate quotes, develop proposals and ensure client satisfaction throughout their rental experience
  • Monitor contract renewals and pricing agreements with clients and implement the renewals process
  • Keep accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences and trade shows

Must Have:

  • Minimum 3 years of Account Management experience on a Sales-oriented team
  • Proven achievement of Sales targets and revenue growth within assigned accounts
  • Exceptional customer service and verbal/written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment with a roll-up your sleeves attitude
  • Strong work ethic and sound understanding of Account Management and Business Processes
  • Excellent planning, multi-tasking and project management skills
  • Experience with using a CRM system to maintain client communications, quotes, etc
  • Specific experience using HubSpot, Aircall, Asana and/or Slack is a plus
