Your role will be to motivate, train, and guide your team to build relationships, “sell” with personality, and maximize their outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee a team of door-to-door associates as they connect with eligible customers in the community.

• Conduct training sessions to keep your team informed on SafeLink’s services, eligibility criteria, and best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong leadership skills with prior experience managing sales or outreach teams.
