The Office Manager will conduct orientations, assist with training and onboarding procedures, maintain inventory records, and complete required inventory audits every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday in accordance with company operational standards and accountability procedures. This position requires professionalism, organization, leadership, confidentiality, accountability, communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively in a structured outreach and community service environment.
• Coordinate daily office and community center operations.
• Perform clerical work, filing, record maintenance, and administrative support.
• Manage shipping, receiving, inventory organization, and inventory accountability.
• Conduct inventory audits every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
• Perform accurate data entry and operational reporting.
• Schedule appointments and assist with donation coordination procedures.
• Conduct orientations for newly recruited personnel and outreach representatives.
• Assist with onboarding and operational training procedures.
• Maintain professional communication with staff, partners, vendors, and community members.
• Support leadership with operational execution and accountability systems.
Employment Terms & Compensation Structure
• Position scheduling may range from a minimum of 25 hours weekly up to a maximum of 40 hours weekly, with potential overtime opportunities based on operational needs and performance.
• While this position is structured as a full-time opportunity, scheduling availability and weekly hours are not guaranteed and may fluctuate based on organizational operations, project demands, and staffing requirements.
$12 - $12 per hour
