What You’ll Do:

As a Gen Mobile Sales Associate, you’ll engage with eligible customers and helping them enroll in free wireless phone services provided through Gen Mobile by DISH Network. This is a unique opportunity to “sell” using your personality and communication skills—no money is exchanged, and no product is sold.

Your mission is simple: inform, connect, and serve.

    •    Compensation: Earn between $500 – $1,500 per week based on your performance.

    •    Training Pay: Receive $20/hour for three days of hands-on training for four hours, paid out after your first paycheck.

Key Responsibilities:

    •    Represent Gen Mobile by DISH Network and FCB Wireless with enthusiasm and integrity during door-to-door outreach.

    •    Educate eligible community members on how to receive free phones and wireless services.

    •    Assist customers with eligibility, activation, and enrollment.

    •    Track and report daily interactions and progress to your manager.

    •    Achieve weekly goals to unlock bonuses and growth opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

    •    Outgoing, upbeat individuals who love talking to people.

    •    Clear, confident communication skills.

    •    Self-motivated and goal-driven mindset.

    •    Prior experience in field sales or outreach is a plus, but not required.

    •    A desire to help people and provide excellent customer service.
