Fresh Class Builders (FCB) is looking for reliable, motivated, and customer-friendly Delivery Drivers to join our fast-growing team. This isn’t your average delivery gig—we’re bringing quality, care, and community to every doorstep. If you’ve got hustle, heart, and a clean ride, this one’s for you.


POSITION TYPE:

    •    Full-Time

    •    Part-Time

    •    On-Call/Flex


COMPENSATION:

    •    Hybrid Pay Structure: Base hourly rate + commission per delivery

    •    OR Commission-Only Options Available

    •    Weekly and Monthly Bonuses Available

    •    Gas Stipend Available for Consistent Performers


WHAT YOU’LL DO:

    •    Pick up and deliver products across designated routes

    •    Maintain professionalism and represent the FCB brand with pride

    •    Track deliveries, mileage, and customer interactions

    •    Communicate in real-time with dispatch and support teams

    •    Assist with inventory and logistics when needed


REQUIREMENTS:

    •    Valid Driver’s License

    •    Proof of Active Auto Insurance

    •    Monthly Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) Submission

    •    Clean Driving Record Preferred

    •    Smartphone with GPS/Navigation

    •    Strong sense of direction and time management

    •    Able to lift 30-50 lbs as needed
