Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented Creative Producer to join our Lifecycle Marketing team.  The Creative Producer will be responsible for managing project definition, quality, and delivery of creative lifecycle assignments. This role will report to the Head of Lifecycle Marketing, and will oversee content projects that touch platforms across the lifecycle marketing landscape including email, SMS and popups.

The ideal Creative Producer will communicate well with email strategists, specialists and designers, as well as with clients.  They will demonstrate a strong attention to detail, and will have excellent project management skills.


Responsibilities:

  • Establish strong client relationships and build rapport as an extension of their team
  • Develop creative briefs and track their progress through to completion
  • Source required inputs (image/video assets) for the team’s success at the outset of a project.
  • Check and ensure quality of design and that copy is accurate and free of typos
  • Review designs with clients and collect feedback
  • Task the appropriate Fat Earth team members with revisions
  • Set the pace for the internal project workflow and keep the team on track
  • Ensure that work is executed against the approved scope and adequately manage the expectations of internal and client teams
  • Be solutions-oriented and seek to understand the root of a problem in order to best troubleshoot and scenario plan
  • Task the Retention Specialist to implement in the ESP once all final copy/creative is approved.
  • Balance a large volume of client accounts with clear guardrails on tasks and activities
  • Exercise strong organizational and time management skills when managing the day-to-day priorities • Reshape project scopes based on production realities and client input and raise implications at the earliest notice

 

Qualifications

  • Experience in project management, handling a variety of project types; experience working with creative teams is a bonus but is not required
  • Proficiency in project management software (ClickUp preferred) and Google Workspace (Slides, Sheets, Docs and Gmail) is required
  • Competent in planning and tracking, with the ability to capture details and summarize effectively for bridging across diverse, cross-functional internal teams
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, problem solve and prioritize under pressure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal), excellent presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to hold others accountable for delivery
  • Collaborative, Team Player. Ability to engage, interact, and collaborate with various groups or individuals
  • A growth mindset and positive attitude: proactive, hands-on, data-driven, experimentation-oriented and a disposition for continuous learning
