The Role: Director of Growth


We’re hiring a Director of Growth to architect and execute the engine that powers our early scale. You’ll be the force behind how we attract, convert, and retain subscribers—both on our platform and across our network of creators.


This role is for someone who lives in the data. You’re constantly running structured experiments, measuring what matters, and throwing out what doesn’t. You have a sixth sense for what might work, and the tools to prove it or kill it quickly.


You'll collaborate directly with our founding team and network of creator partners to define and test our growth hypotheses, fine-tune our messaging, optimize every surface, and turn traction into momentum.


What You'll Do

  • Own and operate the growth engine across the entire funnel: awareness, acquisition, activation, retention
  • Build, run, and analyze rapid experiments across organic, paid, lifecycle, and product-led growth channels
  • Develop and test growth strategies for both Farren and the personal brands of our creators
  • Set up the right dashboards, tools, and feedback loops to turn raw data into insight
  • Optimize landing pages, content funnels, onboarding flows, and conversion points
  • Partner closely with product, engineering, and creative to drive cross-functional experiments
  • Create and document repeatable growth systems that can scale


What We’re Looking For

  • 6+ years of experience driving growth at consumer-facing startups or digital platforms
  • Deep knowledge of experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, funnel analysis, and performance metrics
  • Clear track record of turning early-stage traction into scalable systems
  • Skilled in both strategy and execution—you can plan and you can sprint
  • Strong command of tools like Mixpanel, GA4, Segment, Webflow, Meta Ads, and more
  • Bonus: experience working with creators, fitness brands, or in wellness/ecommerce


Compensation: $150K-$190K + .5%-1.5% equity

Salary

$150,000 - $190,000 per year
