FareRx LLC Customer Service Representative - Contractual Dec 2024 Hiring (4) Remote · Contractor

We are looking for reliable Customer Service Representative to support our Wellness & Grocery Program. The Customer Service Representative supports customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints. They’re the front line of support for clients and customers and they help ensure that customers are satisfied with products, services, and features. Note: We are hiring for our Mid to Late December 2024 Schedules. However, anyone qualified may be asked to start earlier if and when the demand arises You will need transportation to our Headquarters in Philadelphia when needed for meetings and other company events.

Description

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Ensuring that customers are satisfied with products or services
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services
  • Letting customers or clients know about additional products or services
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Schedule:

  • Weekdays - 8 hours
  • Hours of Operation: 9am - 5pm


Salary

$18 - $18 per hour
