We are expanding our outpatient clinical team and are seeking fully licensed clinicians ready to build a sustainable caseload with the backing of an established organization.


The Opportunity

This is a full-time 1099 contracted position with a 60/40 revenue split in the clinician's favor. You focus on clinical work — we handle everything else. You set your schedule within our service hours, grow your caseload at your pace, and retain the flexibility of contracted work while benefiting from the infrastructure of a multi-program agency.


Work Setting: Hybrid

  • Telehealth (remote) sessions from your home office
  • In-person sessions at our Fayetteville office
  • School-based therapy through our active contract with Cumberland County Schools — a built-in referral pipeline for clinicians who enjoy working with youth in their natural environment


Populations You'll Serve

Children & Adolescents (Ages 4–20)

  • Trauma and complex trauma (including foster care populations)
  • Depression and mood disorders
  • ADHD and executive functioning challenges
  • Anxiety disorders
  • Disruptive behavior and other behavioral health diagnoses


Adults (Ages 21–60) — Primarily Military-Connected


  • Active duty, veterans, military spouses, and family members
  • Combat and operational stress
  • Deployment-related adjustment concerns
  • Trauma, depression, anxiety, and co-occurring concerns


Given our Fort Bragg/Fort Liberty proximity, military cultural competence is strongly valued.


Qualifications

Required:

  • Full, unrestricted North Carolina clinical license preferred: LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or LCAS (associate/provisional licenses are eligible for this posting)
  • Master's degree from an accredited program in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related clinical field
  • Clean licensure record and ability to pass credentialing with NC Medicaid and major commercial payers
  • Minimum 2 years post-licensure clinical experience
  • Experience with at least two of the following populations: children with trauma, youth with behavioral disorders, or military-connected adults
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace for telehealth
  • Comfort with electronic health record documentation and meeting note-completion standards


Preferred:


  • Training in trauma-focused modalities (TF-CBT, EMDR, CPT, PCIT)
  • Experience in school-based mental health settings
  • Military cultural competence or lived military-connected experience
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
