About Family Services of America
Family Services of America (FSA) is a North Carolina-based behavioral health and foster care organization operating CARF-accredited Therapeutic Foster Care, Family Foster Care, and outpatient behavioral health programs. We serve some of the most vulnerable populations in our community — children, families, and military-connected adults — with a commitment to clinical excellence, ethical practice, and measurable outcomes.
We are expanding our outpatient clinical team and are seeking fully licensed clinicians ready to build a sustainable caseload with the backing of an established organization.
The Opportunity
This is a full-time 1099 contracted position with a 60/40 revenue split in the clinician's favor. You focus on clinical work — we handle everything else. You set your schedule within our service hours, grow your caseload at your pace, and retain the flexibility of contracted work while benefiting from the infrastructure of a multi-program agency.
