WORK LOCATION: CHARLOTTE, NC


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 


•Execute and support individualized behavior intervention plans developed by licensedclinicians. 


•Support daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, life skillsdevelopment, and other essential skills, such as effective communication, interpersonalinteractions, and self-regulated strategies. 


•Prioritize residence safety, monitoring, and maintaining a supportive and therapeuticenvironment. 


•Document and monitor residents' response, behavior, and overall progress in a timely andaccurate.


•Observe and assess residents in diverse settings, identifying behavioral patterns, triggers,and corresponding responses.


•Establish and consistently maintain professional boundaries with residents and families,adhere to ethical standards. 


•Ensure data confidentiality for residents, parents, and staff.


•Comply with all required regulations, standards, and ethical guidelines.


•Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS 


• High school diploma or equivalent GED. 


• Minimum of two years of experience in an individualized treatment facility, or as a Behavioral Support Technician or Behavioral Modification Technician in a school or training setting. 


• Physical ability to work with children (including lifting, kneeling, and managing behaviors safely).
