About the Role

We are seeking contract clinicians to provide telehealth counseling services to children, adults, and families. Ideal candidates are trauma-informed, self-directed, and committed to accessible mental health care.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, family, and/or group counseling services
  • Deliver trauma-informed, culturally responsive care
  • Conduct client assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with internal team members and external service providers
  • Support clients in building coping skills and achieving treatment goals
  • Follow all ethical, legal, and confidentiality standards

Qualifications

  • Active licensure (e.g., LPCs, LCPCs, CADCs, LSWs, LCSWs, or Master’s-level clinicians accruing hours)
  • Experience working with diverse populations, including children and families
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed care and client-centered approaches
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as a contractor

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Experience with trauma, substance use, anxiety, depression, family systems, or housing instability
  • Background in community mental health or nonprofit settings
  • Familiarity with evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, etc.)

Work Arrangement

  • Contract-based (1099) position
