About Fallow Collective

Fallow Collective is a hospitality-driven ecosystem building and growing purpose-driven brands across beverage alcohol and hospitality-adjacent CPG. We exist at the intersection of commerce and purpose, where disciplined strategy meets meaningful experience, and where doing right by people and doing well in business are treated as the same goal.

We were built on a belief that emerging brands deserve more than advice. They deserve an ecosystem, one that can take a brand from strategy to shelf, from first account to national scale, and from a good product to an experience people remember. Rather than launch a single company, we built a family of connected ventures, each led by its own operators, that together cover the full arc of how a brand grows in our industry. What one entity sets in motion, another carries forward, so founders gain senior leadership, real execution, and lasting relationships without assembling it all themselves.

A common thread runs through everything we do: bringing hospitality back to retail. Whether we are opening doors at the corporate level, executing in the field, designing an activation, or pouring a thoughtful drink, we lead with hospitality, intention, and genuine care for the people on every side of the transaction. We hold ourselves to thoughtful growth and financial discipline, and we invest in leadership development so the people who build with us grow as much as the brands we serve.

At Fallow Collective, we don't just launch businesses. We design ecosystems that empower founders, support operators in the field, and deliver experiences grounded in hospitality, inclusivity, and intentional design. Through the Fallow Foundation, our nonprofit dedicated to food access and education, we extend that same purpose beyond commerce to the communities we are part of.

Rooted in purpose. Built to grow.

Fallow Membership a place where founders get real access to knowledge, relationships, and each other, funded by the members and partners who believe in building the industry up rather than gatekeeping it.

Fallow Commons launches September 14, 2026, with a year-one goal of building the community to 100 paid member brands.

About the Role

The Membership Coordinator will own the Fallow Commons membership program end to end. This is a build role: you're not maintaining an established program, you're standing one up and then running it like a book of business you're personally accountable for. That means owning the full member lifecycle from first contact through acquisition, onboarding, dues billing, renewal, and retention, and designing a member experience that people are genuinely glad to pay for and renew every year.

You'll work closely with the Chief Growth Officer, our Division Leads, and the operating ventures across the Collective to translate what Fallow can do into real, tangible benefit for members.

What You'll Do

  • Own the end-to-end member lifecycle: acquisition, onboarding, renewal, and, when it comes to that, respectful offboarding.
  • Design and continuously refine the membership value proposition, tiers, and benefits alongside the Chief Growth Officer and Division Leads.
  • Build a repeatable acquisition engine, including a prospect pipeline, conversion funnel, and referral mechanics that grow the base predictably.
  • Run dues billing and collection accurately and on time, working with Finance to reconcile membership revenue.
  • Drive renewals through proactive outreach and a renewal calendar that catches lapse risk before it happens.
  • Lead retention by watching engagement signals, stepping in early on at-risk members, and closing the loop on member feedback.
  • Deliver a consistently premium member experience across events, communications, digital touchpoints, and day-to-day service.
  • Maintain the membership CRM and keep member data clean, accurate, and reportable.
  • Report on membership health monthly, including growth, churn, revenue, and satisfaction, with clear recommendations attached.

What You'll Bring

  • Two or more years in membership, subscription, loyalty, community, or premium hospitality management, with clear ownership of a lifecycle or book of business.
  • A track record of growing and retaining a paying member or subscriber base at scale.
  • Comfort with CRM and membership platforms, billing systems, and the data hygiene that keeps them trustworthy.
  • Commercial instinct: you're at ease with dues, revenue reconciliation, and the economics of retention and lifetime value.
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication with a genuinely service-oriented, hospitality-first sensibility.
  • The ability to design a repeatable process from scratch, and to document it well enough that someone else could run it.
  • Experience in beverage alcohol, hospitality, or lifestyle CPG communities is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $52,000 per year base salary, plus 10% commission on memberships.
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage, with Fallow covering 75% of the employee premium.
  • Company-paid basic life insurance.
  • 401(k) with a company match after one year of service.
  • 3 Weeks of Paid Time Off
