Compensation is structured as a true partner: a base salary plus commission on the gross revenue of the entire agency, across every client and every activation, plus a meaningful equity stake in Wildgrown.

Wildgrown is Fallow Collective's brand ambassador agency for the beverage alcohol and hospitality-adjacent CPG space, built on a standard few in the space hold themselves to: ambassadors who don't just activate, they educate. When a brand books Wildgrown, it gets people who can pour, sample, and engage, and who know the product, the category, and the story well enough to teach it.
Every Wildgrown ambassador is trained and certified to a consistent standard, so brands get credible, knowledgeable representation wherever they need it in market. It's representation that builds understanding, not just impressions.

THE OPPORTUNITY
Where most ambassador agencies sell hours, Wildgrown sells education. You will build the client roster, own the ambassador roster and certification standard, lead the Roster Manager and Curriculum & Training Lead, hold the operating cadence, and own the agency's revenue, margin, and growth trajectory, with built-in activation demand flowing from sister Collective agencies. Every activation booked and every client signed grows your earnings and your equity value.
You will not build alone. The full operating infrastructure of Fallow Collective is in place: payroll, contracts, CRM, finance, marketing support, and sister entities in events, bartending, and commercial sales feeding the pipeline.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for an owner-operator: a senior field marketing or experiential leader who wants to run a business, not hold a title. The ideal Managing Director has:
COMPENSATION
Full-Time W2 with a base salary, commission, and a meaningful equity stake in Wildgrown. The Managing Director earns a $40,000 base salary plus 15 percent commission on the gross revenue of the entire agency, across all clients and all service lines, up to an annual commission cap of $250,000. Beyond the cap, the upside of agency growth accrues through your equity stake. Standard benefits package included.

Benefits include health insurance with 75 percent of premium covered, three weeks of paid vacation, seven recognized holidays plus year-end company closure, monthly phone and internet allowances, and pre-approved travel reimbursement.
