Position Overview

This is a full time position with expected availability of approximately 40–45 hours per week.


Brand Growth Partners serve as the in-market extension of both Barrel & Bloom and the portfolio of brands represented within their territory.


As a Brand Growth Partner, you will represent a curated portfolio of up to six brands within your designated territory. You will be responsible for building thoughtful distribution, strengthening account relationships, and driving measurable growth.


This opportunity is ideal for experienced industry professionals who already operate independently or manage brand portfolios and want to align with a structured, strategy led agency model.


Scope of Work

  • Represent a curated portfolio of beverage brands including spirits, RTDs, and craft beverage categories
  • Open new points of distribution (PODs) across on- and off-premise accounts
  • Secure menu placements, staff trainings, and merchandising or display visibility
  • Support tastings, samplings, and consumer-facing activations when aligned with brand programming
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with account decision-makers and staff
  • Track activity and submit reporting through Barrel & Bloom’s designated CRM system
  • Collaborate with Barrel & Bloom leadership and brand partners on local execution and territory strategy


Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience of in market beverage alcohol sales or wholesaler/distributor roles
  • Established relationships within your local market
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong field execution discipline
  • Self-directed and results-oriented
  • Must be 21 or older with valid identification
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Must maintain reliable transportation and state-required auto insurance
  • Preference given to individuals already operating as brand representatives or managing multiple brand portfolios


Compensation Structure

  • Base Salary: Competitive part time salary
  • Performance Bonus: Up to 15% of base salary based on KPI attainment
  • Monthly Travel and Expense Stipend
  • Paid Time Off
  • 401(k) eligibility after one year
  • Health insurance - 75% Employer paid

$60,000 - $65,000 per year
