Position Overview
This is a full time position with expected availability of approximately 40–45 hours per week.
Brand Growth Partners serve as the in-market extension of both Barrel & Bloom and the portfolio of brands represented within their territory.
As a Brand Growth Partner, you will represent a curated portfolio of up to six brands within your designated territory. You will be responsible for building thoughtful distribution, strengthening account relationships, and driving measurable growth.
This opportunity is ideal for experienced industry professionals who already operate independently or manage brand portfolios and want to align with a structured, strategy led agency model.
