Role Overview
Fallow Collective is hiring a Marketing Manager to build the marketing function from the ground up across our portfolio brands.
This is a true ground-floor opportunity. At the time of hire, there is no formal marketing infrastructure — no brand decks, no content engine, and limited digital presence. This role will define how the company and its brands show up in the market.
The Founder serves as the primary voice and face of the brands. This role operates behind the scenes, translating that voice into structured, consistent marketing execution across all platforms.
As the company grows, this role is designed to evolve into Head of Marketing, with responsibility for building and leading a marketing team across all Fallow entities.
What You’ll Build
- Brand identities across all Fallow entities, including positioning, voice, tone, and messaging
- Brand decks and foundational marketing materials
- Content strategy and systems from the ground up
- Social media presence across LinkedIn and Instagram
- Foundational digital assets, including websites or landing pages
- Marketing infrastructure, including tools, workflows, and content systems
What You’ll Do
- Build and execute a content strategy across platforms
- Create and manage a structured content calendar
- Write, edit, and publish content across LinkedIn and Instagram
- Capture and translate Founder activity (travel, market visits, insights) into content
- Maintain consistency in voice and brand across all entities
- Coordinate with external partners, including PR, design, and web support
- Support brand launches, client onboarding, and market expansion efforts
- Build systems and processes that allow marketing to scale as the business grows
What This Role Becomes
This role is designed to grow into an Executive Position as Head of Marketing.
Over time, you will:
- Design the marketing team structure across Fallow Collective
- Hire and build marketing roles within each entity
- Lead and develop the marketing team
- Own cross-brand marketing strategy and execution

Profile of the Right Person
- Builder mindset with the ability to create structure from nothing
- Strong executor who can move quickly and produce consistently
- Experience developing brand identity and foundational marketing assets
- Ability to manage external partners effectively
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Able to manage multiple brands without losing clarity or consistency
- Experience in hospitality, beverage, or consumer brands preferred
Compensation
- Salary: $70,000 – $75,000
- Equity opportunity included as part of the compensation package
