Position Overview

The Executive Assistant to the Founder provides direct administrative support to the Founder & Chief Strategy Officer. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day logistics, maintaining organization across priorities, and ensuring administrative tasks are executed accurately and efficiently.

This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role focused on calendar management, meeting coordination, document organization, and travel logistics. The ideal candidate is highly reliable, organized, and consistent, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

This role is best suited for someone who enjoys supporting a leader directly, takes pride in execution, and thrives in an environment where no two days look the same.

This is a hybrid role based in Cincinnati, Ohio, requiring regular in-person collaboration, with flexibility for remote work based on business needs.


Core Responsibilities

Calendar & Scheduling Management


  • Manage and maintain a complex, evolving calendar
  • Schedule internal and external meetings, ensuring alignment with priorities
  • Coordinate across multiple stakeholders to secure meeting times
  • Prepare daily and weekly schedules for clarity and efficiency


Meeting Preparation & Support


  • Schedule and coordinate meeting logistics (location, virtual links, materials)
  • Prepare agendas and ensure all necessary documents are organized in advance
  • Ensure meetings are set up and run smoothly from an administrative standpoint


Document & Administrative Management


  • Organize, file, and maintain digital documents and records
  • Prepare, format, and distribute documents for review and signature
  • Track and manage document execution to ensure completion
  • Maintain accuracy and organization across shared files and systems

ravel & Logistics Coordination


  • Book and manage travel, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation
  • Build detailed itineraries with all relevant confirmations and timing
  • Adjust travel plans as needed based on schedule changes


Communication Support


  • Draft and manage routine communications as directed
  • Coordinate follow-ups and ensure timely responses when needed
  • Serve as an administrative point of contact for scheduling and logistics

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 annually
  • Health Insurance (company covers 75% of premium for full-time employees)
  • Paid Time Off: 2 weeks annual vacation
