Barrel & Bloom Agency is growing, and we are looking for true partners with vision who want to build something from the ground up. The Wine Division Lead founds and grows Barrel & Bloom's Wine Division, leading client roster development, category positioning, and the brand-level go-to-market for every brand we represent in the category. Entrepreneurial ownership inside an established agency platform, with the full infrastructure of Fallow Collective behind you. Full-Time W2, pure commission compensation tied to Wine Division revenue, plus an equity stake in Barrel & Bloom Agency.

Barrel & Bloom Agency is Fallow Collective's brand growth and sales agency for purpose-driven brands in beverage alcohol and hospitality-adjacent CPG, with a focus on the on-premise channel and the reach to activate across both on- and off-premise. We exist for emerging brands that need senior commercial leadership and real in-market execution but aren't ready to carry a full in-house team, and we deliver both under one roof.
The agency works through two connected pillars. The first is fractional executive leadership: seasoned operators serving as fractional commercial, strategy, and advisory leadership who set go-to-market strategy, build distributor and buyer relationships, and guide brands through each stage of growth. The second is a category-specialized sales force that carries that strategy into market, opening accounts, activating both on- and off-premise, and turning plans into placements and real sell-through. Barrel & Bloom is organized into category divisions, each led by an operator with deep relationships in their space, so every brand is matched with people who already know its buyers, its category, and its market.
The result is disciplined, senior-level growth without the overhead, helping founders scale with integrity and intention.

Barrel & Bloom is in active build mode. We are not looking to fill a seat. We are looking for a true partner with vision who wants to build a Wine Division from the ground up. There is no existing client book to inherit. You are founding the Division. The credibility, relationships, and category point of view you bring become the Wine Division.
You will not build alone. The full operating infrastructure of Fallow Collective is in place to amplify what you build: a Brand Growth Partner field team across major US markets, a Director of Field Operations leading execution, marketing and content support, events and activation, hospitality partnerships, payroll, contracts, CRM, and finance.
You bring the wine expertise, the relationships, and the vision. The platform amplifies what you build.
Full-Time W2 with pure commission compensation and an equity stake in Barrel & Bloom Agency. As Wine Division Lead, you earn commission on all revenue the Wine Division generates, regardless of how the client arrived (your pipeline, agency BD, founder network, or referrals), up to an annual commission cap of $175,000. Beyond the cap, the upside of Division growth accrues through your equity stake. Standard benefits package included.
