OVERVIEW

Barrel & Bloom Agency is growing, and we are looking for true partners with vision who want to build something from the ground up. The Non-Alcohol Division Lead founds and grows Barrel & Bloom's Non-Alcohol Division, leading client roster development, category positioning, and the brand-level go-to-market for every brand we represent in the category. Entrepreneurial ownership inside an established agency platform, with the full infrastructure of Fallow Collective behind you. Full-Time W2, pure commission compensation tied to Non-Alcohol Division revenue, plus an equity stake in Barrel & Bloom Agency.

About Barrel & Bloom Agency

Barrel & Bloom Agency is Fallow Collective's brand growth and sales agency for purpose-driven brands in beverage alcohol and hospitality-adjacent CPG, with a focus on the on-premise channel and the reach to activate across both on- and off-premise. We exist for emerging brands that need senior commercial leadership and real in-market execution but aren't ready to carry a full in-house team, and we deliver both under one roof.

The agency works through two connected pillars. The first is fractional executive leadership: seasoned operators serving as fractional commercial, strategy, and advisory leadership who set go-to-market strategy, build distributor and buyer relationships, and guide brands through each stage of growth. The second is a category-specialized sales force that carries that strategy into market, opening accounts, activating both on- and off-premise, and turning plans into placements and real sell-through. Barrel & Bloom is organized into category divisions, each led by an operator with deep relationships in their space, so every brand is matched with people who already know its buyers, its category, and its market.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Barrel & Bloom is in active build mode. We are not looking to fill a seat. We are looking for a true partner with vision who wants to build a Non-Alcohol Division from the ground up. There is no existing client book to inherit. You are founding the Division. The credibility, relationships, and category point of view you bring become the Non-Alcohol Division.

You will not build alone. The full operating infrastructure of Fallow Collective is in place to amplify what you build: a Brand Growth Partner field team across major US markets, a Director of Field Operations leading execution, marketing and content support, events and activation, hospitality partnerships, payroll, contracts, CRM, and finance.

You bring the non-alcohol hospitality expertise, the relationships, and the vision. The platform amplifies what you build.


WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Build and lead the Non-Alcohol Division client roster from the ground up
  • Define category positioning and brand-level commercial strategy across NA wine, NA spirits, NA cocktails, and premium NA beer, with a focus on hospitality-grade brands (no functional or wellness-only categories)
  • Develop and manage distributor and on-premise relationships, with particular focus on beverage directors building NA-forward programs at restaurants, hotels, and bars
  • Coordinate Brand Growth Partner deployment across Non-Alcohol Division clients
  • Drive Division-level reporting, pipeline development, and revenue growth
  • Represent the Non-Alcohol Division as a thought leader and category steward


WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Ten or more years of senior commercial leadership experience in beverage alcohol with deep non-alcohol category fluency, or established leadership in the non-alcohol hospitality space (brand side, beverage director side, NA-specific retail or distribution, or agency side)
  • A clear vision for what a purpose-driven non-alcohol agency Division could be, and the conviction to build it
  • Demonstrated category credibility and established relationships with beverage directors building NA programs, NA-focused retailers, sober-curious media, and specialty distributors at scale
  • Track record of building or leading a non-alcohol sales function, brand, agency, distributor book, or hospitality program
  • Entrepreneurial operating style; comfortable in pure-commission compensation while building a book
  • Hospitality-minded operator who leads with service and earned credibility


COMPENSATION SUMMARY

Full-Time W2 with pure commission compensation and an equity stake in Barrel & Bloom Agency. No base salary. As Non-Alcohol Division Lead, you earn commission on all revenue the Non-Alcohol Division generates, regardless of how the client arrived (your pipeline, agency BD, founder network, or referrals), up to an annual commission cap of $175,000. Beyond the cap, the upside of Division growth accrues through your equity stake. Standard benefits package included.

Illustrative earning trajectory:

  • Year 1 (build phase, 5-6 brands by year-end): approximately $125,000 to $160,000 in commission
  • Year 2 and beyond (10-12+ brands): $175,000 in commission (annual cap), with continued Division growth building equity value

Benefits include health insurance with 75 percent of premium covered, two weeks of paid vacation, seven recognized holidays plus year-end company closure, monthly phone and internet allowances, and pre-approved travel reimbursement.
