About Barrel & Bloom Agency

Barrel & Bloom Agency is Fallow Collective's brand growth and sales agency for purpose-driven brands in beverage alcohol and hospitality-adjacent CPG, with a focus on the on-premise channel and the reach to activate across both on- and off-premise. We exist for emerging brands that need senior commercial leadership and real in-market execution but aren't ready to carry a full in-house team, and we deliver both under one roof.

The agency works through two connected pillars. The first is fractional executive leadership: seasoned operators serving as fractional commercial, strategy, and advisory leadership who set go-to-market strategy, build distributor and buyer relationships, and guide brands through each stage of growth. The second is a category-specialized sales force that carries that strategy into market, opening accounts, activating both on- and off-premise, and turning plans into placements and real sell-through. Barrel & Bloom is organized into category divisions, each led by an operator with deep relationships in their space, so every brand is matched with people who already know its buyers, its category, and its market.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Brand Growth Partner is the field operator inside a single cluster territory. You are anchored on a lighthouse market and cover the markets within your cluster. You carry up to 6 brands at a time, building real, earned relationships with buyers, operators, and distributor partners on behalf of every brand you represent.


This is a Full-Time W2 role with a structured 5-day week: 4 market days and 1 admin day. You report to the Director of Field Operations and partner closely with the executive sales leadership assigned to each brand in your portfolio.


LOCATION AND TERRITORY

This role is anchored on Nashville for the Nashville-Chattanooga cluster. The cluster covers Nashville and Chattanooga, drivable across Tennessee within 2.5 hours of the anchor.


You must reside in or near Nashville or Chattanooga.


WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Build and maintain real, earned relationships with buyers and operators across on-premise and off-premise accounts in your cluster
  • Open and develop new points of distribution aligned to each brand's account strategy
  • Lead staff trainings, menu placements, feature support, and visibility programs across priority accounts
  • Execute distributor ride-alongs and work-withs on a regular cadence
  • Deliver weekly activity reports and monthly KPI summaries through the Barrel & Bloom CRM
  • Coordinate with assigned executive sales leadership on each brand's market strategy and priorities
  • Represent the brand and the agency with hospitality, consistency, and care


WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Two or more years of field sales, brand ambassadorship, or distributor experience in beverage alcohol or adjacent hospitality categories
  • Strong existing relationships with buyers, operators, and distributor partners across your cluster's lighthouse markets
  • Hospitality-minded operator who leads with service rather than transactional sales
  • Self-directed and accountable, comfortable working a structured week with clear KPIs and reporting expectations
  • Comfortable working across multiple brands simultaneously with disciplined attention to each
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Must be 21 or older with valid ID and eligible to work in the United States


COMPENSATION

• Base Salary: $60,000 to $70,000 annually

• Performance Bonus: 15 percent of base ($9,000 to $10,500 target), tied to KPIs, paid quarterly

• Travel and Entertainment Allowance

• Phone and Internet Allowance

• Total First-Year Loaded Compensation Range: approximately $76,200 to $87,700
